Peacefully on May 17, 2022, at the age of 90, with his loving family by his side. Loving and devoted husband of Matilde for 55 years. Much loved father of Enzo Pappini (Nelly Tedesco), Patricia Pappini (Settimo Vilardi), Riccardo Pappini (Amy Lavoie). Cherished Nonno of Giulia, Mia and Sofia Vilardi. Dear brother of Antonio Pappini (Grazia Vozza) and predeceased by Aldo Pappini (survived by Olga Caringi). Also predeceased by his parents Antonio and Vincenza Pappini. Domenico will be lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews and cousins, in Italy and USA.
Born in Arpino, Italy, Domenico immigrated to Canada in 1957. Domenico was a devoted and hard working family man who loved his family dearly. Domenico was a skilled mechanic for over 50 years, who loved the outdoors, and enjoyed working in his garden. He was also a founding member of the Ciociaro Club of Windsor. Special thanks to the home care nurses and personal support workers for their compassion and care over the past 5 years.

Visitation Friday, May 20, 2022 from 3:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. with Parish prayers at 4:30 p.m. at Families First, South Windsor, 3260 Dougall Ave (519-969-5841).
Funeral Mass Saturday, May 21, 2022, gathering at Families First after 8:00 a.m. and leaving at 8:45 a.m. in procession to St. Angela Merici Church, 980 Louis Ave. for Funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m.
Entombment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
