A strong and generous heart stopped beating…Domenico passed away peacefully and quietly surrounded by his family on May 10, 2022 at the age of 91 years young.
Loving husband of the late Rosina (nee Teti) (1995). Devoted father of Giovanna D’Agnolo (Eddy), and Pasquale Iannetta (Anna). Proud Nonno “Mimi” of Sarah and Marco Villella, Laura D’Agnolo, Benjamin Iannetta (Tyler Rawlings), Adam and Nicole Iannetta, and Daniel Iannetta (Jocelyn Baker). Adored bisnonno of Emilia and Sophie Villella, and “Baby” Iannetta on the way.
Domenico was predeceased by his parents Pasquale and Antonia Iannetta and his siblings Giovanni, Domenico, Teresa, Vittorio, his brother-in-law Enrico Saroli, and all of his Teti family members. He will be sadly missed by his sister Maria Saroli, brother-in-law Alberto Iannetta, sister-in-law Rosa Teti and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends in Canada, United States and Italy.
To all who knew and loved Mimi, he was a man who lived his life for others and we are all better for having known and been loved by him.
Visitation at Families First, 3260 Dougall Ave., South Windsor, 519-969-5841 on Friday, May 13, 2022 from 2-5 and 7-9 pm. Parish prayers at 4:30 pm. Family and friends are invited to Mass at St. Angela Merici (980 Louis Ave.) on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at 11:30am. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Windsor or a charity of your choice.
