Domenic Macri
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Mr. Domenic Macri, on Wednesday February 09, 2022, at the age of 46.
He leaves to rejoin his father Sam and brother Mario.
He leaves behind his loving wife Sandra of 20 years. He was a devoted father to his cherished children Sam and Sofia.
He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by his mother Maria, his second mother auntie Lisa, brother Roberto (Daniela), his grandmother Maria, his aunts and uncles, niece and nephew as well as his many relatives and friends, for his warm smile and his kind and generous heart.

The family will receive condolences at Urgel Bourgie/ Athos funeral complex (1275 Dollard ave, LaSalle H8N 2J1) on Monday February 21, 2022 from 10am to 12pm, from 2pm to 5pm and from 7pm to 9pm.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at Madre Dei Cristiani Church 7935 rue Lefebvre, Lasalle QC H8N 2A9. The mass will take place at 11:00 am.
We kindly ask that the rules put in place by the government be respected.

It is with sadness that i write my goodbye to my little cousin that I have not had the chance to get to know and share memories of our family with and a few stories about his dad, my first cousin Sam, that has left us way too soon, yes these three boys lost a great dad at such an early age. The last time I saw Domenic was well, on his wedding day ! A day that was filled with love and happiness and as I went up to congratulate him and his lovely bride, I reminded him who I was because our family is so big and scattered here and there making it a little difficult to keep in touch. He was so happy to know me and said we should see more of each other and even the younger ones, the third generations, yes he said I would like that very much to meet all of my cousins on my father’s side of the family and share fun and good times. Unfortunately life happens and that was the last time I saw my beautiful little cousin, but it was his happiest and that’s the day I will always remember. Eternal peace my dear cousin. My dear beautiful cousin Domenic, I am deeply saddened and in denial over your sudden departure from this world. You have gone too soon to be with your brother Mario and your father – my cousin Sam. The three of you gone too soon, too young, leaving behind grieving wives, children, an inconsolable mother and grandmother, and a multitude of grieving relatives and friends. I will never forget the joyful occasion of your wedding, which is the last time I saw you, cousin, together with your beautiful bride. That was such a happy day. Even though life and geography have kept each of us leading our own individual lives, there was always the expectation of seeing each other again. Well, one day we will. Your sparkling eyes and gorgeous smile will remain indelibly marked in my memory as long as I live. Dear Maria,
We are shocked and saddened over the death of a beautiful young man – a son, a husband and father, way too young to be taken so suddenly. I remember cousin Domenic as a sweet young boy, then as a handsome young man at his marriage to his lovely bride. We missed many family occasions unfortunately, but then such is life with its endless turmoils and upheavals. God Bless you, Domenic, perhaps you are already in a safer and better world.
