  1. My condolences. This must be the Bruce Dolphin I met in the British Museum in the early 70s researching Lord John Manners and Young England? If so we enjoyed some pleasant coffee breaks. Bruce was an outgoing friendly guy with a good sense of humour. He came to mind as I was reading about Manners biographer Charles Whibley.
