On June 7, 2022, Mrs. Dina Leaf of Elk Point passed away peacefully, surrounded by family at the age of 89 years. She is survived by her son, Albin (Gayle); daughter, Marlene (John) Malachowski; 8 grandchildren, Melanie (Nic) Thomlisan, Amanda (Brett) Scherlie, Stephanie (Mason) Earle, Seanna-Joye (Tanner) Fakeley, Olivia Rose (Drew) Leaf, Melanie (Curtis) Diamond, Jason (Lindsay) Malachowski & Justin Malachowski; 6 great-grandchildren, Kate & Clark Scherlie, Landon & Spencer Malachowski, Emilee & Katie Diamond; 1 great-great-grandson, Gunnar Diamond; 2 sisters, Myrtle Lacombe & Margaret Engelquist; numerous nieces, nephews & in-laws. Mrs. Leaf was predeceased by her husband, Harry in 1988; 6 brothers, Art, Norman, Orville, Sam, Clifford & Jewel in infancy; 2 sisters, Luella & Helen. A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, June 16 at 1:30 p.m. at Angle Lake Community Cemetery (Twp 552, RR 72), Angle Lake with Mr. Allen Warawa officiating. Please bring your own chair & umbrella if necessary. Lunch and Celebration of Dina’s Life to follow at Pioneer Circle Elk Point Seniors’ Centre, Elk Point.
