Dianne Rose Fillmore (Collins )
Fillmore, Dianne R. – Age 67 of Belmont, died on March 12, 2022. She went to be with her Savior. Born in Parrsboro, Cumberland County, she was a daughter of the late Willis and Illeen (Crossman) Collins.
She was a member of Grace Baptist Church, Truro. She taught Sunday school for many years. Dianne worked as a telephone operator and a cashier. She loved to read, do needlework, garden and preserve the work of her gardening.
She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Robert; son, C. Stephen (Jody); grandsons, Tyler, Nathan and Christopher; daughter, Angela R., all of Lower Sackville; sister, Rose M. Collins (Darren Haley), Mahone Bay; brothers, J. Aldon, Amherst, Miles, Halifax, Gary, Bridgetown, Charles (Doris), Spencer’s Island, Michael, Advocate Harbour; sister-in-law, Rachel Collins, Parrsboro as well as several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Willis Jr.
A visitation will be held from 1pm until time of service at 2pm on Monday, March 21st in Colchester Community Funeral Home, 512 Willow St., Truro, Pastor Ron Ruse officiating.
