Peppard, Dianne
Elizabeth – 82, Great Village passed away on Friday, April
8, 2022 at Colchester East Hants Health Centre. Born in Whitby,
Ontario, she was a daughter of the late Ross and Betty (Gunn)
McGregor.
Dianne moved to Nova
Scotia in 1970 and resided in Great Village. She is survived by her
husband of 64 years, Kenneth Muir Peppard; daughters, Carla (Vincent)
MacNeil; Karen (Jim) Weatherby; five grandchildren; eight great
grandchildren; one great great grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews
in Nova Scotia and Ontario.
Dianne was predeceased
by her daughter, Donna Martell; sisters, Barbara (Bob) Sherman;
Shirley (Ray) Bidorf; brother, Douglas McGregor.
The family wishes to
extend special thanks to the VON and CCA girls, Mom called them her
Angels and loved every one of you. She will always hold a very special
place in our hearts and we will love and remember her as Lady Di. We
pray you are dancing with Donna in Heaven.
There will be a
private family burial at a later date in Mahon Cemetery. If so
desired, a donation in Dianne’s memory can be made to a
charity of choice. Arrangements have been entrusted to
Mattatall – Varner Funeral Home, 55 Young Street, Truro.
