Don’t think of her as gone away

Her journey’s just begun

Our dearest Mother, Wife, Nana, best friend has passed at the age of 79 years.  Diane Edna Stillwell, nee Webb (May 12, 1943 – October 3, 2022) had fought with fiery strength to battle cancer, which secretly snuck up on her.  Her beloved husband of 58 years, best friend, confidant and soulmate, James Dennis Stillwell.  Proud mother of Lorie (Paul) Sutton, James Jr. (Diane), and Colleen Stillwell.  Loving Nana to Trina and Matthew (Chelsea) Sikic and Lexie (Nathan) Elsbrie.  Sister of George Webb (Sandy).  Predeceased by her parents George and Noreen Webb and In-Laws James A. and Winnifred Stillwell.

The family would like to extend their thanks and gratitude for the exemplary care given to our Mother both at Victoria Hospital and Parkwood Institute Palliative Care Unit.

Visitation on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Harris Funeral Home, 220 St. James St. at Richmond, where the funeral service will be conducted on Friday, October 7 at 10:30 am.  Cremation to follow.  Private interment at St. Peter’s Cemetery at a later date.
