Diane Osborn, 83, passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at the Seaforth Community Hospital. Loving wife of the late Hugh Osborn. Devoted mother of Carol (Keith) Bannerman, and Brian Osborn. Cherished grandmother of Shawna, Stephanie (Paul), Megan (Kyle), Brianne (Matt), Brent, Ryan. Great-grandmother of Brinleigh. She will also be greatly missed by Ron Alden’s family.
Predeceased by her parents Edward and Olave King, her special friend Ron Alden, grandson Perry and granddaughter Nicole.
She loved going up to Ron’s cottage in Kincardine and feeding the birds and critters there; she was a collector of many unique things; she was a creative person and enjoyed crafting; she treasured the time she spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Friends will be received at the Lockhart Funeral Home, 109 Montreal St., Mitchell on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 from 2-4 p.m and 6-8 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 22, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. A reception will follow at the Lockhart Reception Centre. Spring interment in Woodland Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Diabetes Association or the Cancer Society would be appreciated and may be made at LockhartFuneralHome.com.
