Dennis Parkhurst, died peacefully on January 4, 2022 from complications of ALS at the age of 66. Beloved husband of the late Gail (Dawson) Parkhurst, father to Dallas (& Helen), Ryan (& Jennifer) and stepdaughter Jacci (& Scott) Bowie, grandfather to Charlotte and Richard Bowie. Brother to Ken, Linda (& Ray), David (& Vivian) and the late Deborah Vella. Dennis was the son of the late Robert James Parkhurst and Eunice Irene Fleguel and he will be missed by his nieces and nephews.
Dennis enjoyed hunting, was an avid sports enthusiast and a Beatles fanatic. Dennis and Gail also loved to travel. He was affectionately known by some as Mr. Sluggo and Bird.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the ALS Society of Canada would be appreciated.
