Obituary
Delano “Del” Samuel Danielson was born in Lethbridge on October 28, 1945. He passed away peacefully at Edith Cavell Care Centre, Lethbridge on October 17, 2022, 11 days shy of his 77th birthday.
He is survived by his brothers, Jim, Max (Kathy), Peter (Teresa), Kelly (Amelia) and by his sisters Mary Ann Schwab and Joan Oravec (Randy) and sister-in-law Diane Danielson and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his brothers Art and Joseph.
Del was first and foremost a gentleman, kind and caring with many friends including very special ones Richard Eastland and Eleanor Danielson. Horses were his passion, he spent most of his life around these amazing creatures. Everything from shoeing, training, owning and betting on them. In more recent years he enjoyed a Saturday afternoon at Bully’s. For most of his life he enjoyed a beer with his buddies but when his health changed, his preference also changed, from beer to ice cream.
A Celebration of his Life will be at 1:00 pm, on October 24, 2022, at the Lethbridge Christian Tabernacle, 1805-9 Ave N, Lethbridge.
A heartfelt thank you to the caring staff at Edith Cavell Care Centre and the Heritage Lodge. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Parkinson Canada, 4211 Yonge St #316, North York, ON M2P 2A9, or to a charity of one’s choice.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Delano Del Danielson October 28 1945 October 17 2022 (age 76)..
