Deborah’s Obituary
Debbie died peacefully in the early hours of July 16, 2022 at Brantford General Hospital, following a short and unexpected illness. She had a work background in health care as a PSW with the Red Cross and as caregiver to both her parents, George and Betty (Creath) before their deaths. More recently, the death of her cousin, Gord Ott, left a deep void in her life.
She will be sadly missed by her sister Nancy in Glasgow Scotland. Three trusty fiends, Teresa Liverance, Micky Brennan and Donna Stewart will miss their outings, in and around Brant County, especially on the hunt for great fish and chips.
A Celebration of Life Reception will take place at the DWAYNE D BUDGELL Funeral Home, 1105 Rest Acres Road in Paris, on Saturday August 20, from 3-5 pm. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to your favourite animal charity in remembrance of Debbie and her much loved cat, Torie. In accordance with Deb’s expressed wishes, cremation has already taken place.
