Obituary
It is with great sadness that the family of Deborah Eileen Marshall announces her unexpected passing, which occurred on Monday, May 16, 2022. Born in Saint John, NB on July 6, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Theodore and Lillian (Carr) Jarvis.
Deborah Worked for Simpson Sears in the 80’s and 90’s and then became an Educational Assistant for children with special needs. Outside of work, she was always the life of the party. She loved family dinners, music, dancing, a good bonfire, western movies and a good barbeque. To her, family was everything, and her love for her family was fierce.
Deborah is survived by her son Bradley Marshall; daughter Belinda Marshall; sister Catherine Kelly; grandchildren Allyson, Alana, Allyssa and Kieran; special nieces Tammie Marshall and Christina Wladimirov; special nephews Joe Jarvis and Sam and Ben Kelly; as well as her great-nephew Aidan Cushing.
Aside from her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Lorne Marshall and her sister Brenda Jarvis.
Arrangements are under the care of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John, NB (646-2424). Visitation will be held on Monday, May 23, 2022, from 2:00 – 4:00 & 6:00 – 8:00 PM. A funeral liturgy will be held on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, from the funeral home chapel at 10:00 AM. Interment will take place in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. For those who wish, donations in Deborah’s memory may be made to the Romero House or The Joshua Group.
