It is with broken hearts we announce the passing of our beloved Dave. He passed peacefully after a hard-fought courageous battle on June 12, 2022 at the age of 53 surrounded by family and close friends.
Loving husband and best friend to Loni. Devoted and cherished father of Cameron (Amy Natyshak) and Cassandra, Stepfather to Joshua Debono, Jessica Morley (Blake). Step-grandfather to Payton. Dear son of Janice Church, Bill Armstrong and Laura Tryssenaar. Brother of Miriah Armstrong (Scott Mac). Cherished long-time friend of Mike and Ashleen Heimbach, Kim and April Reed, Elwyn McQuillen and Vicky Schuchard, Rob Groff and Kelly Matton. Dave will be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Dave worked in the automotive industry for 20 years, where his colleagues quickly became close friends. He enjoyed portaging through Algonquin Park with his best friends and cheering on the Blue Jays and Maple Leafs. Dave always had a good sense of humour and knew how to have fun. His family and friends will miss his contagious laugh and lively spirit.
