Ward– Peacefully at his residence surrounded by his loving family on Saturday November 19, 2022. David Angus Ward, age 74 yrs. of Corunna. Dear partner of Larry Good. Loving father of Rob Ward (Christina) and Dan Ward (Sarah) all of Corunna. Treasured grandfather of Ella, James, Leah, Tucker, Tru, Alexis, Brittany, Hannah and Addison and great-grandfather of Maisie, Styles and Maeva. Dave was the loving brother of Arnie Ward (Susan), Cathy Caldwell (Brian), Maggie Fulkerson, Dan Ward, Teresa Stauffer (late Ian), Chris Ward (Joy) and Mike Ward (Cathy). Numerous nieces and nephews also survive. He was predeceased by; his daughter, Sue Ann Ward (2017) and by his brother, Dick Ward. Friends will be received at the Knight Funeral Home, 588 St. Clair Parkway, Corunna on Wednesday November 23, 2022 from 1-3 p.m. with a memorial service to follow at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Gabrielle Heidinger officiating. A celebration of Dave’s life will then be held at Antonio’s Sports Bar beginning at 4:00 p.m. Cremation has already taken place and a private family graveside service will be held in Moore-Union Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers sympathy may be expressed through memorial donations to St. Joseph’s Hospice, Sarnia or to the Canadian Mental Health Association.
