SCALISI, David – Passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, March 5, 2022, surrounded by his family’s love.
Beloved husband of Lynda Scalisi (nee Hunt). Dear father of Glen Scalisi (Nancy Kelly), Patricia Mezenberg (Brian), Sheila Murray (Rick), David Scalisi (Ashley Bloomfield) and Jonathan Scalisi (Katie). Loving grandfather of Joshua, late Justin (2016), Eddie, Juliana, Dyson, Savannah and Dylan. Survived by his father-in-law George Arthur Hunt. Brother-in-law of Sylvia Scalisi, Arthur Hunt, late Marie Schwarz (Dieter), Christine Hunt, Maryanne Franssen (Bill), Ken Hunt, Susan Hunt and Bernard Hunt. David will be fondly remembered by several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends. Predeceased by his parents Dominic and Carmella Scalisi, his mother-in-law Joan Hunt and his brother Dominic Scalisi.
The family will welcome visitors at the SMITH-LeROY FUNERAL HOME, 69 Wellington St. N, Woodstock on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 from 2-4 & 6-8 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Trinity Parish, 1420 Devonshire Ave, Woodstock on Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at 11 am with Fr. Raj Muthu. Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
