Passed away peacefully in his sleep on November 25, 2022 at the age of 90, just 14 days shy of his 91st birthday. Beloved husband of the late Pauline Barwise for 69 years. Loving father of Stephen (Tina), Paul (Tracy), Derek, and John. Cherished grandpa of John Paul (Lydia), Kristen (Kyle), Curtis (Jessica), and Brittany (Mike). Great-grandpa of Julia, Geraldine and Emma. Dave was the older brother of the late Paul (survived by Pat).
Born in Liverpool, England, Dave was a supervisor at Ford Motor Company for 26 years, and retired for 25. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 255, and formerly the President of the Canadian Anglo Club.
Dave was always doing volunteer work with Pauline. He had some cancer bouts, but had taken care of them. The good Lord felt it was time to join Him and Pauline.
Dave will be dearly missed by many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.

Memorial visitation on Thursday, December 1, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until a Celebration of Dave’s Life begins at 11:30 a.m. at Families First, 1065 Lauzon Rd., East Windsor, 519-969-5841.
Cremation has taken place.
