The death occurred peacefully with his loving daughter and granddaughter by his side at the Colville Manor, Souris on Monday, January 10, 2022 of David Jerome MacDonald. He was aged 72 years of Souris and formerly New Glasgow, Nova Scotia. David is predeceased by the love of his life Carol Ann and will be remembered as a caring father to Jody (Jody) and Kathy MacDonald.
He will be missed by his grandchildren Hanna, Alexis, Sage and great grandchildren Isaac, Parker and Dylan. Predeceased by his parents Joseph and Katie MacDonald and grandson Dylan.
A funeral mass will be held at the St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, Souris for family and invited guest with interment to follow in the church cemetery. If so desired, donations in memory of David can be made to the St. Mary’s Cemetery Fund or the Eastern Kings Health Foundation (Colville Manor).
