1953-2022
It is with broken hearts and great sadness that the family
announces the passing of David Armstrong, which occurred peacefully on
Tuesday, November 8th, 2022, in his St. George home surrounded by his
family. Born May 31, 1953, he was the son of the late John and Sylvia
(Handeland) Armstrong.
David was a man of many talents. He was a talented
businessman, entertainer, and jack of all trades. He was very
passionate with everything he did. He was dedicated to making
Charlotte County a better community for everyone.
He had an unending love for his family and was always ready
to help and offer guidance any way he could.
David is survived by his wife Leslie (Vanhee) Armstrong; his
five children Dara Armstrong-Watson (Shane), Darcie Hall (Danny),
Danielle Chambers (Carl), Matthew Armstrong (Michelle) and Taylor
Armstrong. His nine grandchildren Colin Watson, Landon Watson, Damian
Hall, Desarae Hall, Solveig Watson, Brock Chambers, Lila Chambers,
Jackson Armstrong and Hadley Armstrong. His four sisters Linda
Armstrong, Mary Craig, Sonja Nagel and Sue Armstrong. And many special
nieces, nephews and cousins.
Arrangements in the care of the St. George Funeral Home
(755-3533) 26 Portage Street, St. George NB. Resting at the funeral
home with visiting on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. The service will be
held from the funeral home chapel on Tuesday at 2:00 pm with Rev. Reg
Ward officiating. In David’s memory, donations to Charlotte County
Cancer would be appreciated by the family. Online donations
