FERGUSON, DAVID – It is with sadness the family announces the death of David Allan Ferguson, age 71 of Sarnia at Vision Nursing Home on Thursday, July 28, 2022. Cherished son of Ethel and the late James Ferguson. He was the loving husband of the late Kathy (Beattie) Ferguson and dear father of Kimberley Kaldeway (Jamie) and Cheryl Ferguson(Mat Balics) and grandfather of Samantha (Avery), Timothy (Christina), James and Christopher. Great-grandfather of Walter. Brother of Sue Platt (John), Bob (Valerie) Ferguson Brother in law of Robert Beattie and many nieces and nephew. Dave was born in Sarnia and was a retired Engineer with Canadian National Railways. Long- time resident of Point Edward. The family would like to thanks the amazing staff of Vision Nursing Home for the great care that dad received for the last 12 years while in your care. Donations made in Dave’s memory to Sarnia and District Humane Society or Brain Injury Association of Sarnia-Lambton would be appreciated by the family. Private family cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 102 N. Victoria St, Sarnia, ON, N7T 5W9.
