Darrell F Harvey 1945 2022

It is with
profound sadness that we announce the passing of Darrell
F. Harvey, 76, of Sackville, NB, on Sunday, February
20, 2022 at the Moncton Hospital. Darrell was born in
Edmundston, NB, a son of the late Harry and Emily (DeWolfe)
Harvey.
Darrell raised
his three children in Fall River, NS. Darrell was employed
with National Sea Products for 20 years before moving to New Brunswick
to take a position with Atlantic Wholesalers. When their
daughter, Donna, passed away in May 2003, Margi and Darrell
“undertook the task” of raising their three
grandchildren.
While in
Sackville, NB, Darrell was an active member of the Sackville Rotary
Club. He was passionate about wood working and made many
beautiful pieces.
Darrell will
be missed by many, especially his Sunday coffee
buddies.
Darrell is
survived by his wife, Marguerite, Moncton, NB; his sons, Kevin,
Bedford, NS and Darin (Angie), Aulac, NB; his grandchildren, Adam,
Laura, Sarah, Devon and Morgan.
Besides his
parents, Darrell was predeceased by his beautiful daughter,
Donna.
Arrangements
have been entrusted into the care and guidance of Jones
Funeral Home, 70 Bridge Street, Sackville, NB
(506-364-1300). An afternoon of remembrance will be held at
the funeral home on from 2-4 pm on Saturday, February 26,
2022. As per current guidelines, please bring proof of
double vaccination and a government ID.
Donations in
memory of Darrell may be made to a charity of the donor’s
choice.
