Daniel Lee Smith April 25th 1959 December 28th 2022

It is with deeply broken hearts that the family of Daniel “Dano” Lee Smith announces his passing on Wednesday, December 28, 2022, at the age of 63. Beloved husband of Kimmer. Loving father of Jason Smith (Narissa Schofield), and Courtney (Ricky) Dickinson. Cherished grandfather of Owen Smith, Ben Smith, Cohen Thompson, Quintin Biscaia, Mason Dickinson, Miles Dickinson and Madison Dickinson. Dear brother of Ron and Julie and family, and brother-in-law of Pat and Elaine and family, and Deb and family. Dano will be fondly remembered by his loving extended family and many close friends. He will also be missed by his dog Lincoln. Predeceased by his parents Donald and Isabell Smith, and by father and mother-in-law George and Doris Crawford. Daniel was an avid Harley and Nascar enthusiast. He loved adventure and enjoyed camping. More than anything, he loved his family and friends dearly. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Dano’s life will be held at a later date. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to Heart & Stroke Foundation (cheques only at the funeral home please).
