Due to a tragic work accident, our beloved Daniel Boucher “Bobby” passed away with his loving wife Melissa (nee Mancuso) and his amazing daughter Triniti by his side on June 28th, 2022. Dan was 49 years young and was nowhere ready to leave us. Dan was born in Sault Ste Marie to Bernie and Loretta Boucher, their third son after his brothers Andrew and Sean both of Sault Ste Marie. Held dearly in the hearts of father and mother in law Gary and Brenda-Jayne Mancuso, sister in law Caitlin Burrell (Russell), and mother in law Nancy Thomas as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. Especially missed by his furry friends Diesel and Milo.
Dan loved his family and friends unconditionally and would protect them with all his being. Dan was happiest watching Triniti excel at all her sports and endeavours. Exited about spending the weekends at his trailer with Melissa and reveling with the “D-Heights” Gang or finding time to hang with his extended family.
Dan was selfless with his time and talents sharing them with everyone he knew. He had an endless need to make sure everyone around him was OK. He loved hard and laughed even harder. He would do almost anything to get you to laugh along with him. He loved animals, the Toronto Maple Leafs, music, growing up in Gros Cap and fixing anything with an engine. He loved trains and traveling and wanted to live out his retirement days on the warm sand with a cold drink in hand alongside Melissa. Dan had the work ethic of an ox, playfulness of a child and a heart of gold. Dan was the most affectionate man, had twinkling eyes and a smile that you could not help but to reciprocate.

An outdoor celebration of life for Dan will be held on July 16, 2022 at 5136 Brigden Road Sarnia, Ontario. Family and friends will be welcomed from 1:00 to 5:00 pm with service beginning at 2:00 pm. Following the service family and friends are invited to stay for a luncheon.
