Dale H. Younker – age 78 of Blaine, TN passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2022. Dale was born August 18, 1943 in Wadsworth, OH to Harry and Marie (Arney) Younker. He was a 1961 graduate of Norwayne High School. He was a dairy farmer in Sterling, OH prior to moving to Tennessee. He co-founded Creative Edge Graphics with his son, Joel. He was a member of The Gideons International. Dale enjoyed spending time with his family and enjoyed antique tractor shows.
Preceded in death by parents, Harry and Marie Younker; sister, Dora Winkler; and infant grandsons, Jack and Jake Walker.
He is survived by wife, Janet Weber Younker, whom he married on August 15, 1964. Also surviving are children, Jackie (Jas) Soar of Bristol England, Joel (Jenna) of Blaine, TN, Jon (Kelli) of Greenwood, IN, and Julie (Johnny) Walker of Blaine, TN; eight grandchildren, Jonathan, Abbey, and Ben Younker (and their mother, April Younker), Baylor and Cali Younker, Anika and Arun Soar, Ellie Walker; brother-in-law, Virgil Winkler. Memorials may be made to Caris Hospice or The Gideons International.
The family will receive friends 11:00 AM-1:00 PM on Saturday, April 9, 2022, at Bridges Funeral Home followed by a Celebration of Life service at 1:00 PM. Arrangements by Bridges Funeral Home, 5430 Rutledge Pike, 865-523-4999. www.bridgesfuneralhome.com
