Cora passed away peacefully on September 30, 2022. At St Clare’s Mercy Hospital. Cora was born April 9, 1931 in Green Island cove, NL, to Austin and Eliza Mitchelmore.
She leaves behind sister in law Naomi (brother late Curtis Mitchelmore), sisters Nellie (late Norman) Parrill, Eliza (late John) Parrill and nephews and nieces.
The family would like to thank St. Claire’s Mercy Hospital and the nurses that took such great care of her.
As per Cora’s request she will be resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Monday, October 3 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held from the Carnell Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, October 4 at 2 p.m. with interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road.
