MacAdams, Constance Adella “Connie”
Constance Adella MacAdams (nee Huskins) passed away peacefully at the H.J. McFarland Memorial Home on Monday January 31, 2022, at the age of 88. She was the daughter of the late James and Nellie Huskins of Port Mouton, Nova Scotia. She was the beloved wife of the late Roy Stratton.
She leaves behind her children Brenda (Gary) McIntosh of Cherry Valley and Jim (Liza) MacAdams of Collins Bay.
The proud grannie of Renus McIntosh, Melissa (Kreg) Roblin, Wesley, Shannon, and Jenny MacAdams, and great grandmother of Abigail and Owen McIntosh, Dustin, Aiden, and Ashlyn MacAdams.
She was predeceased by sisters Marjorie Doggett, Winnie Wagner, Joyce Joudrey and brothers Lester and Isaiah Huskins. She is survived by sister Rosalyn Henderson of Liverpool, Nova Scotia.
Mrs. MacAdams rested at Rushnell Funeral Home – Picton Chapel, 33 Main Street West, Picton (613-476-2450). Cremation has taken place and a Graveside Service will take place at Cherry Valley Cemetery in the summer. Donations to the H.J. McFarland Residents Council or The Loyalist Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
