It is with heartfelt memories and much love the family of Connie Lynn LeBlanc of Lac La Biche, Alberta announces her passing on Friday, March 4, 2022 at the age of 39 years.
Connie is lovingly survived by her significant other: Tim Deraaf; children: Kyndra LeBlanc, Blayden Chisholm, A’ryah Chisholm; step children: Jersey Deraaf, Cooper Albert; parents: Emery & Cheryl LeBlanc; sisters: Angela (Daniel) Doiron, Mamie LeBlanc; nephew: Milo Doiron; ex-husband: Shawn Chisholm; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins & friends.
Connie was predeceased by her brother: Trevor LeBlanc; grandfathers: Johnny LeBlanc, Roy Baker; grandmothers: Dorice LeBlanc (Cormier), Helen Baker (Markley).
Public Viewing, Friday, March 11, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at Mission View Funeral Chapel, Lac La Biche, Alberta.
Informal, come and go gathering, to Celebrate Connie’s Life will follow at New Life Victory Fellowship Church, Lac La Biche, Alberta from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday, March 11, 2022.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that monetary donations be given towards the costs of the funeral.
