Concettina’s Obituary
Peacefully passed at the Hamilton General Hospital on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at the age of 77. Beloved Wife of the late Salvatore. Caring Mother of Edoardina (Karl) Pihack, Angelo (Mandeep) Ippolito, Marianna (Hoyt) Ippolito-Graham, and Rita (Jozef) Rabcaniak. Adoring grandmother of Kathleen, Stephan Alexander, Tina, Samantha, Jarod, William, Julian, Adrian, Ella and Asha.
Dear sister of Calogera and sister in law of the late Vincenzo Cicero and sister of the late Calogero Guagliano. Dear sister in law of the late Nicolina and the late Antonio Fantauzzo, the late Giuseppe and the late Maria Ippolito, the late Salvatrice Ippolito, Pietrina Ippolito, the late Gasparo and the late Calogera Ippolito and Calogero (Concettina) Ippolito. She will also be sadly missed by her many beloved nieces and nephews.
Dear daughter of the late Marianna and Michelangelo Guagliano and daughter in law of the late Eduardina and Angelo Ippolito.
Special thank you to all the homecare givers and the staff at the Hamilton General Hospital for their compassionate care of our loving Mother and Nonna. Visitation will be held at FRISCOLANTI FUNERAL CHAPEL, 43 Barton Street East (near James) on Friday March 18, 2022 from 5pm – 8pm, with vigil prayers at 6pm. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Eugene’s Church on Saturday March 19, 2022 at 10am. Interment to follow at Our Lady of the Angels Cemetery, Stoney Creek. In keeping with COVID-19 precautions, please wear a face mask at the Funeral Home and Church.
