Colombe Clément (Bouchard)
Peacefully passed away surrounded by her loving husband and six children in Sudbury on Thursday, June 30, 2022, at the age of 92 years. Daughter of the late Omer Bouchard and late Rose (née Jean) Bouchard. Beloved wife to Roland Clément just short of their 75th anniversary. Loving mother of Suzanne Ménard (Philip), Jean-Marie “John” Clément (Henriette), Lise Paden (late Bill), Jacqueline “Jackie” Guindon (Richard), Guy Clément (Denise) and Garry Clément (Lorie). Cherished sister of Pauline Demers (late Claude), Edouard Bouchard (Dolores), Richard Bouchard (Janyce) and Cécile Burke (Jack). Predeceased by her siblings Eloi Bouchard (Aurore), Claire Carrière (late Victor), Fernande Bourré (late Aimé), Jeannine Rancourt (late Larry), Mariette St Amand (Jack) and Gilles Bouchard (Anna). Survived by her brother-in-law Jean-Noël Clément (Jacqueline). Proud grandmother of 21 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren. Colombe will be fondly remembered for her love of life and her culinary expertise. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the 4th floor staff at Health Sciences North, the staff at Finlandia and Dr. Shukla for their excellent care and compassion. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, July 8, 2022, at 2:30 p.m. at Ste-Anne-des-Pins Church. The family will receive after 1:30 p.m. Donations can be made by cheque or online to University of Ottawa Heart Institute or a charity of your choice. www.cooperativefuneralhome.ca
