RYAN, Cletus Peter – Peacefully at St. Patrick’s Home on Friday, August 26th, 2022 in his 96th year. Cletus Ryan of Ottawa, beloved son of the late Joseph and Martha Ryan (nee Healy). Dear brother of Sister Annetta C.S.J. and Sheila (the late Terry) Morris. Predeceased by brother Loyola (the late Eulalia) Ryan. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Respecting Cletus’ wishes, cremation has taken place. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph Church, St. Joseph on Friday, September 2nd, 2022 at 11 a.m. Interment of Ashes in St. Joseph Parish Cemetery, St. Joseph. Deepest sympathies to the family and many friends of Cletus. He was a professional and empathic gentleman to the very end of his interesting life. It was a true honour and pleasure to have been able to visit with him at St. Pat’s. I hope he can enjoy the reading room in heaven where he has all the newspapers and chocolate possible.
