Passed away suddenly at the Ottawa Civic Hospital on Thursday, May 26, 2022, Claude Gibeault of Chesterville, age 51. Loving husband of Leah McMillan. Loving father of Matthew “Matt” , James, Daniel and Johnathan “Johnny”. Stepfather of Tanner and Taryn (Kurtis). Step grandfather of Emma. Dear brother of Claudette Gibeault (Eric) and Denis Gibeault (Gloria), both of Chesterville. He was predeceased by his parents Gerald ‘Joe” and Lila Gibeault (nee Shay). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral Arrangements
A Celebration of Claude’s life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion in Chesterville on Sunday, July 10th from 1-4 p.m. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be gratefully acknowledged by the family. If you are making your donation online or by cheque directly to the charity, please include the following note with your gift “please notify the family”.
