He worked at INCO for 40 years as a welder and was very active in Local 6500, serving for many years as a steward.
Clarence enjoyed spending time with his family, music, dancing, singing, travelling and golf. He always had a positive outlook on life and tried his best to be “a good man.” You succeeded dad.
The family would like to give special thanks to his caregivers from Bayshore, particularly Fatima, Shaeliesh and Austin. Thank you for your exceptional care and for making his days a little brighter. Also, to the staff at HSN, 4th floor, North Tower, thank you for keeping dad comfortable in his final days.
Following Clarence’s wishes, he will be cremated and laid to rest beside his wife Edna, at Parklawn Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to SickKids Toronto. Arrangements entrusted to the Lougheed Funeral Homes.
