It is with sadness we announce the passing of
Mary Claire Tresa Sears, age 83, of
Sackville, NB.
Claire passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 29, 2022
at the Moncton Hospital.

Born in Sackville, she was a daughter of the late
Joseph and Edmeé (Lirette) Bourque

Claire was a great wife, mother, and grandmother,
always enjoying time with her grandchildren and great
grandchildren. She
loved her little dog Prince.

Claire will be dearly missed by her children Reggie,
Sackville, Rosemary (Colin) Cole, West Sackville, Michael (Sheila),
Dorchester; her grandson Scott who lived with her and took care of her
for many years; as well as several other grandchildren,
step-grandchildren, and great grandchildren; siblings Rosaline
(Reggie) Sears, Sackville, Anita (Harley) Hicks, Sackville, Edna
(Jasper) Sears, Midgic, Desmond (Janet) Bourque, Sackville, Raymond
(Shirley) Bourque, Riverview and Eva (Larry) Hicks, Moncton; several
nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her son Wayne, daughter
Wanda; grandson Ben Sears; sister Bertha Bourque.

Arrangements are under the care and guidance of the
Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge Street,
Sackville, NB, (506-364-1300). A graveside service for
Claire, along with her husband Cedric, will be held in the Midgic
Cemetery on June 7, 2022 at 10 am.

Donations in memory of Claire may be made to the
Midgic Baptist Church, Cancer Society, or the charity of
choice.
