Obituary of Christopher St. Clair Foley
It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Christopher St. Clair Foley on Sunday, August 14, 2022, at his home in Windsor, surrounded by family. Born on January 4, 1964, in Windsor, he was a son of Ethel “Maude” (Pearl, Foley) Chisholm and the late Richard Foley.
Chris was a loving husband, and caring father. He was the head “Kaptain” of his family who he loved dearly, and he took great pride in watching them grow and come into their own. He was a social butterfly who enjoyed a cold beer, his Chubbys and a good debate. He was the type to never back down. He would try anything once and have the greatest stories to tell afterwards. Chris was a talker and so much bigger than life. He was humble, selfless, hard-headed, and stubborn but easy to love. He was loved in life and will be missed in death.
Besides his mother, Chris is survived by his loving wife, Joanna (Jarvis); daughters, Tiffany (Phillip) Vanderheide, Samantha Jarvis, Katelyn Jarvis (David); son, Christopher Foley (Rianna); granddaughters, Ashlynn, Lyda and Lanie; grandson, Waylon, who affectionately knew him as “Ga”; brothers, Rick (Arlene) Foley, Carter (Lorene) Foley, Greg Foley, Scott (Patsy) Foley; sister, Martina Foley; as well as many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and chosen family.
Besides his father, he was predeceased by mother-in-law, Lois Jarvis.
Arrangements for cremation have been entrusted to DeMont Family Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 419 Albert St., Windsor (902-798-8317). There will be no visitation or funeral service by request. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
