Christopher John Chris Nicholson 1979 2022

We are
saddened to announce the sudden passing of Christopher John
“Chris” Nicholson on Friday, April 15, 2022 at home after a
10 year battle with heart disease. Born in Orialla, On, on July 16,
1979, Chris is the son of Rhonda Buell (Steve) of Orillia, ON,
formerly Abney, PE, and the late Elevert Nicholson of Orillia, ON,
formerly Brudenell, PE. He will be missed and remembered by his
cherished children Hannah (17), Adma (11) And their mother Amire; his
loving sister Brandy Nicholson of Asquith, SK, Uncle Eric Ncholson of
Kilmuir, PE, and his children Darcy and Jonathan, Uncle Clifford
Nicholson of Brudenell, PE, Aunt Kate Nicholson of Brudenell, PE, and
her son Jason Burke, Aunt Amanda (Scott) Lukianchk of Kamloops, BC,
and dear friend Ruth AnnTiffin of Orillia, ON. Predeceased by paternal
grandparents Mack and Isabel “D.D.” (nee Buell) Nicholson of
Brudenell, PE, Uncle John Arthur “Jackie” Nicholson of
Brudenell, PE; maternal grandparents Russell and Blanche Buell of
Abney, PE and their families.
His children
were his pride and joy and he was an amazing father. From playing
videos games with Adam, long drives with Hannah, this was always done
with love and a sense of humour. He loved his many trips to PEI to
visit with his family. Chris is a graduate of Harriett Todd Public
School, Twin Lakes Secondary School and graduated from college in
2012.
Cremation has
taken place in Orillia, ON. Donations to the Heart and Stroke
Foundation of Canada would be greatly
appreciated.
