Christine passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness including a battle with dementia on February 9th, 2022 at the age of 75.
She will be remembered for her love of her family, especially her grandchildren.
Christine worked for the Legal Education Society of Alberta for over 20 years after staying at home to raise her family for 18 years.
She is survived by her son Steve (Claire O’Rawe), grandchildren Jaydenn Schick (Justin Nichvalodoff) and Arianna Schick, and great granddaughter Sarian Nichvalodoff.
Christine was predeceased by her parents Thomas (Tom) and Muriel Clancy, husband Bruce, daughter Lori and grandson Ryan Klaver.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Wedman House and Village for the many years of excellent care that was provided for Christine during her stay there.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made in Christine’s name to the Alzheimer Society of Alberta and Northwest Territories or the Alberta Diabetes Foundation.
