Obituary of Cheryl Diane Dickhout
Dickhout, Cheryl Diane of Aylmer passed away peacefully with her family by her side at London Health Science Centre- Victoria Campus on Sunday, October 16, 2022 in her 63rd year. Beloved wife of Bill Dickhout for 45 years. Loving mother of Carol Abel, Linda Dakins(Wyatt), Billie-Jo Robertson(late Gordon). Proud grandmother of Coral, Sean, Matthew, Malibu, Ethan, Jessica, Rosemary, Deanna, Steven and great-grandmother of Stella. Dear sister Deb Johnson(Mario). Daughter-in-law of Vera May Dickhout(late Ted). Sister-in-law of Linda Schmeltz, Wayne Haney, Bonnie Schmidt(Randy), Joe Dickhout(Daphne), Ben Dickhout, Andrew Dickhout and Tom Dickhout(Amanda). Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her siblings Larry Schmeltz, Linda Haney and Carol Archer. Born in Tillsonburg on December 22, 1959, daughter of the late Elgin Johnson and Treva (Ward) Johnson. Cheryl was a bookkeeper. She was a member of the Aylmer Baptist Church and Col. Talbot Branch #81 of the Royal Canadian Legion. Cheryl and Bill enjoyed their fellow bikers. She was Provincial Treasurer of Biker’s Right’s of Ontario. Cheryl loved to cook and bake for family and friends.Visitation at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 20, 2022 at 11:00 am. Cremation will follow.
