It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Chase Evan Paul Skidders on Monday, August 22, 2022 in Akwesasne at the age of 30 years. Beloved son of Allison Healy (Trenholm) and of Troy Skidders (Stacey) both of Akwesasne. Loving and devoted father of Logan Skidders. Dear companion of Alana Cook. Cherished brother of Kayla Skidders (Shawn Fontaine), Tori Skidders (Dakota Thompson), Kobe Skidders all of Akwesasne. Chosen brother of Storm Adams (Brook), Cole Adams and Sadie Adams all of Akwesasne. Cherished uncle of Hayden and Londyn. Cherished grandson of Lorraine Oaks, Paul Buckshot, Theresa Skidders and Tom Cook all of Akwesasne. Dear nephew of Patricia Thompson (Don Don), Paul Buckshot Jr., Ryan Buckshot (Lindsay), Louis Buckshot, April Skidders and Vincent Skidders all of Akwesasne. Cherished Godchild of Grid Thomas, Arlene David and Lorna Leaf. Chase will be sadly missed by many aunts and uncles. He is predeceased his grandfather Bobby Skidders, one uncle Kenny Skidders. Resting at 36 Wishe Delormier Rd, Akwesasne, ON with visitation to begin on Friday, August 26th, 2022 at 7PM. The Funeral Service will be held at 4 p.m. at the homestead on Saturday, August 27th, 2022.
