Charles Eric Schnicke – age 44 of Knoxville passed away on Monday, November 14, 2022. Member of Bethlehem Star Missionary Baptist Church. Eric (Charles) was a former Marine. Eric was a loving husband and father. He was a former President of the Montgomery Village Tenant Association. He and his wife started a free costume shop. He often entertained as the Easter Bunny. Eric helped to collect donations, give out school supplies, clothing and candy to the children in the community. He was a jack of all trades and a mechanical/electrician contractor. He was always willing to help whomever he could. Eric will be sorely missed by his family who loved him so very much.
Preceded in death by sister, Susan Schnicke Grahl,
Survived by wife of 24 years, Diana Hill-Schnicke; sons, Baron Von Schnicke and Nick Orion Hill; daughter, Aurora Lynnette Hill; parents, Thomas and Connie Schnicke; brother, Chris (Kim) Schnicke; and sister, Kimberly Schnicke (Mike) Scheirer.
Family and friends will meet 12:45 PM on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at Asbury Cemetery for a 1:00 PM graveside service with Pastor Christopher Snow officiating. Arrangements by Bridges Funeral Home, 5430 Rutledge Pike, 865-523-4999. www.bridgesfuneralhome.com
