Charles “Charlie” Joseph Farrah husband of Yvette (Legace) Moore of Losier Hall passed away at his residence on Monday, March 21, 2022 at the age of 90. Born in Chatham, NB, he was the son of the late Charles and Rosalie (LeBlanc) Farrah. Charlie was retired from Air Canada, in his early years he was known for being a great baseball player. He also enjoyed carpentry, gardening and loved animals.
Besides his wife, Charlie is survived by: step-daughters: Michele Kenny and Patti Moore Wilson; special niece: Mary St. Coeur (Eddie) of Miramichi, NB as well as several other nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, Charlie is predeceased by: 1st wife: Luella Farrah; sisters: Maggie, Mary Lou, Anne, Sadie and Rose; brothers: Joe, Willie, Abe and Albert.
At Charlie’s request there will be no visitation. A public service will be held from The Sterling Bell Memorial Chapel on Friday, March 25, 2022 at 2 PM. Attendees will be invited to share their recollections.
Interment will be held in the Boston Mills Cemetery, Ontario at a later date.
