Born in Edmonton, Alberta, but shortly after moving to Richmond, BC, Charlene was the youngest of three to parents Jack and Nellie Bourdon. Charlene had a great love for her husband Jimi of 43 years, two children, Janice and Tim and her only granddaughter Vienna, who she cherished. She was a devoted mother and wife. Charlene enjoyed baking, trying new recipes and spoiling her family with delicious sweets. Charlene has touched the lives of so many in her short 69 years, she will be greatly missed.
Charlene is survived by her loving husband, Jimi Lockman, son, Tim Lockman, daughter, Janice Guevara (Ricky) granddaughter, Vienna Guevara, brother, Jack Bourdon, sister-in-law, Judy Richardson (Bob) and many nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by her father, Jack Bourdon, mother, Nelly Bourdon, and brother, Wayne Bourdon (Julie).

Until we meet again
Each morning when we awake
We know that you are gone.
And no one knows the heartache
As we try to carry-on.
Our hearts still ache with sadness
And many tears still flow.
What it meant to lose you,
No one will ever know.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Charlene E Lockman September 28th 1953 – November 20th 2022..
