At Victoria Hospital in London on Thursday, May 19, 2022, Charlee May Chapman was born and passed away on her birthday.
Adored daughter of Cory Chapman and Kelsey Carter of Brussels. Beloved granddaughter of Terry & Tracy Carter of Exeter and Doug & Laurie Chapman of Bluevale. Cherished niece of Keshia Carter & Travis Dye of Exeter and Chase & Breanne Chapman of Lucknow. Charlee will be missed by her cousins Harlyn, Graham, Blake and Brett, as well as her extended family. She joins in Heaven many great-grandparents who have embraced her with open arms.
Private arrangements entrusted to McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Victoria Hospital in London (London Health Sciences Foundation) would be appreciated.
