Cecelia Irene Gormley
1951-2022
Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Monday May 9th,
2022 of Cecelia Irene Gormley of Charlottetown age 70 years.
Cecelia was the daughter of the late Melvin and Nellie
Heartz (nee Kelly). Lovingly raised by Patrick B Kelly
(previously deceased) and Clara Veronica Kelly (previously
deceased). Beloved wife of Reginald Gormley (Reg).
Cherished Mother of Rachel Jones (Greg), Rhonda Gormley, and Chris
Gormley. Loving Grandmother to Jessica Crosby (Mike), Michael Jones
(previously deceased), Jeff Jones, Ashley Gormley (Brandon), Keisha
Gormley (previously deceased) Chelsea Gormley and Mya Gormley. Great
Grandmother of Leia Ford, Jace Robertson, and Noah Ford Dear sister of
Frederick “Freddy” Kelly,(previously
deceased),Florence McMurrer (Gordie) (both previously deceased),
Gussie Heartz, Allan Heartz, Franklin Heartz (previously deceased) and
Loretta Heartz, special Aunts Arlene Gallant and Florence King.
Funeral Mass to be held at St. Dunstan’s Basilica on
Friday, May 13th at 1:00pm. Interment will be in
the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown. No visiting hours as per
the Family’s wishes.

to the Canadian Cancer Society or to Hospice PEI.
