It is with heavy hearts that the family of Catherine (Cathy) Fielding announces her passing on August 17th, 2022, at the age of 64, in Huntsville, Ontario. Cathy will be lovingly remembered by her husband Eddie Aubertin of 22 Years, children Alex and Zoey (Pup), granddaughter Victoria [Tori], brother Michael Fielding (Bonnie Dorschner), niece Emily Sucee (Terry), nephew Angus Fielding. She was predeceased by her brother Cameron Fielding (Diane) and parents Helen (nee Edwards) and William Fielding. Her friends, Metro colleagues, and fellow quilters will also miss her dearly.
Cathy gave her heart and soul to those around her, and we take comfort knowing that the lives she touched will carry on her essence indefinitely.
The family welcomes all visitors to a celebration of life that will be held at the Active Living Center in Huntsville, Ontario, on September 25th from 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM. A private graveside funeral will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation.
