1946-2022
With her family by her side, Carolyn Scott of Bairdsville, NB, passed
away peacefully at her home on May 4, 2022.
Carolyn was born in Bath, NB on June 13, 1946. She was the daughter of
the late William and Ethel (Mockler) Evans. Carolyn leaves behind her
loving husband, Burton Scott; her daughters, Patricia Scott (Shannon
Cameron) of Calgary, AB, Paula Scott (Nathan Pirie) of Fredericton,
NB, Sarah Price (Troy) of Woodland, ME; her grandchildren, Emmerson
and Delaney Pirie; her sister, Charlotte Evans (Wayne Rideout) of
Aroostook, NB; her brothers, Stephen Evans (Carol-Anne) of London, ON,
Gregory Evans (Jenny) of Lower Kintore, Stewart Evans of Calgary, AB,
Reid Evans (Kathy) of Ingersoll, ON; along with many nieces and
nephews.
Carolyn was predeceased by her parents; her brothers, John, Frederick,
and Richard Evans.
Carolyn retired from nursing after spitting her time over her career
between the Victoria Glen Manor and Hotel Dieu St. Joseph
Hospital.
Respecting Carolyn’s wishes, there will be a private graveside service
held at St. George’s Anglican Cemetery in Bairdsville, NB. Rev. Harold
Boomer officiating.
For those who wish, memorial donations to St. George’s Anglican
Cemetery would be appreciated by the family.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home,
Perth-Andover, NB.
