On December 26th, 2021, Carolyn Joyce (Thomas) Morse of Grand

Fredericton, NB.
Born in Saint John, NB in April of 1949. She spent
many summers on Grand Manan with her Pa and Aunt Marg, eventually
moving there in her late teens. There she would marry
Walter, raise her children, help run their autobody repair business,
then retire to enjoy gardening, nature and their many
pets.
She is survived by her son Stephen (Ernestine) Morse and
daughter Paulette (Jamie) Ryan both of Fredericton, her grandchildren
that she adored Ashley, Chelsey, Sarie, Lisa Marie, Devin, and Chase,
great grandchildren Tanner, Wesley, Adrian, Cameron, and Kaydence, as
well as her brothers Kenny (Dianne) Thomas and Rick (Sheila)
Thomas. Also, her sister-in-law Sharon (Richard)
Green and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
She was predeceased by her husband Walter Morse, her parents Edgar
Francis and Mary Berneice Thomas and her brother, Stewart
Thomas.
A huge thank you to all those who cared for Carolyn at the
Grand Manan Nursing Home and Neill Hall. Your kindness will
never be forgotten!
She rescued many stray cats and always had a love for pets
and critters, so if you wish to make a donation in her honour, please
support your local shelter or cat rescue group.
There will be no funeral service at this time. Both
Walter and Carolyn will be laid to rest together at a future date not
yet determined.
