Carolyn Cochrane
September 2, 1942 – November 20, 2022
After a complicated illness, Carolyn Cochrane died peacefully at the Almonte General Hospital on the morning of Sunday November 20, 2022 at the age of 80 years. Beloved wife of the late Melvin A.H. McCoy (2009) and subsequent Partner of the late Karl Kahlenberg (2019), she is survived by her son, Jason McCoy (Lise Jolicoeur), granddaughter Zoe McCoy, and younger sister Cathryn Stapenhurst (Rick Stapenhurst). She will be greatly missed by many family and friends. Sincere thanks to the staff at Almonte General Hospital, who made her last days comfortable. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Almonte General Hospital are appreciated. Funeral and Celebration of Life will take place at 10 A.M. Sunday December 11th at Barker’s Funeral Home and Chapel, 19 McArthur Ave. Carleton Place, Ontario.
