GAGNIER, Carol Lee (nee Watson)
Our angel has gained her wings, at the age of 79, on Friday, July 8, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Carol Lee (neé Watson) Gagnier. Daughter of John & Eva Watson. Daughter in-law of Phillias & Isabelle Gagnier. Loving & caring wife of Roger for over 60 years. Mother of Kathleen (Wilfred) VanZelst, Yvette (Terry) Cowan and Monique (Derrick) Manery. Memé of Jessica (1985), Jesse (Sarah), Ryan (Kim), Nicholas (Ashley), Tiffany (Kylle), Vanessa (Jay), Justin (Andria) and Zachary (Emma). Great-memé of 13 & 1 special delivery on the way, and great-great-memé of 1 great-great-granddaughter. The sister of Bill (2010) & Mary (2016) Watson, Mary (2021) & Paul (2009) Claeys, Helen & Ben (2019) Dawson. Sister in-law to Lenora (1997) & Ray (2003) Trepanier, Ed (2019) & Alice Gagnier, Phillip (2006) & Blanche (1999) Gagnier, Paul (1963) & Irene Gagnier, Girard (2003)& Shirley (1995) Gagnier, Peter (2020) & Theresa (2016), Gabriel (2017) & Mary Ann Gagnier, Charlie (1967) & Gail Gagnier and Ernest (1949). Mom was our baseball coach, brownie leader, hairdresser, seamstress, and passed down her domestic skills to her daughters. Mom and dad were seasonal campers as well enjoyed many trips from one side of Canada to the other. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Reaume Funeral Home Inc., 6 Canal St. W., Tilbury on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. and on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at St. Francis Xavier Church from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. with Memorial Mass to follow at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to St. Francis Xavier Church Building Fund or Chatham-Kent Hospice appreciated.
