Conliffe (nee Perkins), Carol
Passed away peacefully on August 12th, 2022 at Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital at the age of 70. Beloved wife of Bob for over 45 years. Loving mother of Cady Wingelaar (Adam). Cherished “Grammie” of Jane, Ella and Luke. Reunited with her parents the late Frank and Elaine Perkins. Dear sister in law of Gary Conliffe (Cindy) and Roy Conliffe (Robin). Loving aunt of many nieces and nephews. She will be dearly missed by her close and loving friends. Carol was recently retired from the Provincial Court House. She previously worked at Bell Canada for 35 years in the engineering department. Over the years, Carol loved running marathons, cycling long distance (East End Riders) and especially enjoyed spending time in the backyard with friends and family. Her grandchildren were her everything. Carol was the epitome of kindness. She cared about others and loved deeply. She always pushed herself to try new things even though she was a homebody through and through. She will be greatly missed by all. May you be free now. You are our sunshine, forever. The family would like to thank Dr. Smith, Dr. Montaleone, Dr. Spears and staff at St. Michaels Hospital and staff at HDGH.
Memorial Visitation will take place at Windsor Chapel, Banwell Chapel, 11677 Tecumseh Rd. East, 519-253-7234 on Wednesday, August 17th from 2-3 pm with a service at 3pm.
