Carmel Helen Gillespie 2022

Carmel Helen Gillespie, wife of the late Archie Gillespie of Bridgeview Hall, formerly of Upper Blackville NB, passed away Thursday March 3, 2022 at Bridgeview Hall, at the age of 88.
Born in Howards NB, she was the daughter of the late Cecil and Stella (Colford) Warren. She was a home maker, an avid Bingo player, card player and cook and a member of the Wesleyan Church.
She is survived by four daughters, Kim Gillespie (Allan) of Upper Blackville NB, Elizabeth (Betty Lou) Jones (Gordon) of Jemseg NB, Lorna Gillespie (Ralph) of Doaktown NB, Glenda Beggs (Emmerson) of Miramichi NB , five sons, David Colford of Miramichi NB, Bernard Warren of Doaktown NB, Jeffrey Gillespie of Williamstown NB, Kevin Gillespie (Jessie) of Strathadam NB and Robert (Bob) Gillespie of Upper Blackville NB, four sisters, Shirley Ward of Bathurst NB, Helena Arbeau of Howards NB, Eleanor Connors of Howards NB and Betty Vickers of Howards NB, 12 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
Besides her parents and her husband, she was predeceased by two daughters, Kathy and Patsy and an infant great grandchild Parker.
At the request of the family there will be no visitation or funeral service.
Burial will be in Wesleyan Church Cemetery later in the spring.
